This smart feature scans your vehicle's position between the lines in the road ahead and can alert you if you're starting to edge out of your lane. Having trouble staying on track? After you've drifted a few times, a coffee cup icon will appear, letting you know it's time to take a break.

The 2020 Ford Fusion is a well-equipped midsize sedan that offers shoppers plenty of variety. While four trims are available for the gas version, three hybrid and one plug-in hybrid variants are available as well. Three engines are available for the gas version of the Fusion: a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine (S trim), a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine (SE), or a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine (optional on the SEL, standard on the Titanium). Each engine gets paired with an automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. Elements that come standard include 60/40-split-folding rear seats, audio and phone voice commands, Bluetooth, a 4.2-inch center screen, and a suite of safety programs, such as lane-keeping assist, called Co-Pilot360. SE enhances the driver experience with an eight-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, power-adjustable front seats, and a six-speaker audio system. Next, SEL adds LED headlights, keyless ignition and entry, heated front seats, and driver-seat memory functions. Finally, Titanium gets equipped with a sunroof, ambient lighting for the cabin, a 12-speaker Sony audio system, and heated and ventilated sport front seats. Drivers interested in the hybrid or plug-in hybrid Fusion will have 188 horsepower at their disposal thanks to the combined efforts of a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and an electric motor. These versions get more generously equipped with elements such as a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, navigation, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, and leather upholstery. The plug-in hybrid only comes in one trim, Titanium, and includes many features that are optional on other trims.
